‘Virtual’ Technical Program Sign-Up Helpful Tips

GENERAL

Entry information accuracy’?
The information (name, company, address, email, etc.) that you provide is used to contact you and send PDH and SWANA CEU certificates.

Verification
Your membership organization is confirmed by the Registrar with the respective membership list. If you are not on the list, you are responsible for the Non-Member registration fee.

REGISTRATION POLICY

PDHs and CEUs
PDHs and CEUs will only be issued in the name of the registered person.
Three (3) Days
The registration fee includes six (6) sessions over three (3) days. Individual sessions are not available for purchase; however, you are not required to attend all six (6) sessions, but you can only receive PDHs and CEUs for the sessions that you do attend.
Moderators, Speakers & Panelists
Moderators, Speakers and Panelists must pay the Registration Fee if they will be earning PDHs.

SPONSORSHIPS

Includes:
• One (1) complimentary registration
• Recognition on all three (3) days of ‘virtual’ event
• Tech Talk Opportunity: Time is allotted at the end of each session for Sponsors to share brand information that can be practically applied.
• Registrant database in EXCEL

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Registration Fee Payment Policy
Payment of Conference Registration Fee is at time of online registration.
Credit Card ONLY
Your credit card is immediately charged. Look for ‘SWANA, NYS’ on your credit card statement.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested in writing on or before Friday, October 9, 2020. No refunds after October 9, 2020.
