Become an Exhibitor

The Federation Conference and Trade Show brings together the leaders of the Empire State's solid waste & recycling industries. Exhibiting in the Trade Show provides a direct link to top-level executives and a forum to meet existing clients and customers.

Exhibitors representing equipment manufacturers, engineering, finance and legal consultants, associations, government agencies and environmental groups will reach public and private sector decision-makers from New York and the Northeast at the Trade Show with their products and services.


The following take place in the Main Exhibit Hall:

  • Sunday Night Adirondack Cook-out Reception
  • Monday & Tuesday Continental Breakfasts
  • Monday & Tuesday Refreshment Breaks

Conversation tables are located throughout the Main Exhibit Hall.

Table top and 6ft.X10ft. booths start at $800. Each exhibitor receives:

  1. One pipe and draped booth or draped 8ft. table top
  2. One complimentary conference registration
  3. 6ft. Table and chair
  4. Booth sign
  5. Company listing (if signed up by December) in Program distributed to 8,000
  6. Company description in Welcome Program (distributed at conference)
  7. Attendee database in EXCEL
  8. Listing in Resource Marketplace with link to exhibitor website
  9. Wireless Internet


Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Prime locations sell out quickly.

Additional booth personnel daily (meals only) rates are available.

Hale Northeastern, Inc. has been designated as the trade show decorator. Hale's Exhibitor Service Manual contains the following information, including pricing:
